USPS will ‘Stamp Out Hunger’ this Saturday, carriers to be collecting food donations

This Saturday, May 12, all USPS carriers will participate in the NALC Stamp Out Hunger National Food Drive.

Stamp Out Hunger is held every second Saturday in May. Carriers will be collecting non-perishable food donations left by mailboxes and in post offices and will then deliver them to the local community food banks, pantries, and shelters.

To donate, place a box or can of non-perishable food next to your mailbox before your USPS carrier delivers mail and they will do the rest.
