SAPD arrests suspect for making threats to the public on social media


SAN ANTONIO — A man is behind bars in San Antonio after police say he made threats on social media towards the public.

Paul Hinojosa, 37, was arrested Tuesday by the SAPD Street Crime Unit and Fusion Center after police say an anonymous person reported the threats to law enforcement via Facebook.

SAPD says that Hinijosa admitted to making the threats after a warrant was executed.

He faces a charge of Terroristic Threats. Bond information is not available at this time.
