LEWISVILLE, Texas (TexasBreaking.com) – A composite sketch has been released and a reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of two suspects involved in a recent robbery and murder, according to the Lewisville Police Department.
LPD said the robbery and murder took place on February 15, at around 12:21 a.m. at the Valero at 300 E. Corporate Drive.
It was reported that a customer walked into the store and appeared to have interrupted an armed robbery.
The two male suspects fled the scene and the customer noticed the female clerk had been shot, authorities said.
The clerk succumbed to her injuries at an area hospital.
After speaking to witnesses, LPD was able to create a composite sketch of one suspect. The suspect is described by police has a young, light-skinned, black male adult with straight teeth and an athletic build. It was added that his face is thin but appears fuller around the mouth. He is believed to have dreadlocks, although the length is unknown.
The only information released about the second suspect is that he is an older male.
Further information about this incident is not being released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
“Detectives are asking anyone who was in the area of East Corporate Drive, from southbound I-35 to 121 business, between the hours of 11:45 p.m. on February 14 and 12:30 a.m. February 15, to give them a call if you witnessed anything that may assist in the resolution of this case.”

A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered by Oak Farms Dairy for information leading to the arrest and indictments of the two suspects.
