Lake Arlington fisherman finds semi-automatic rifle on the end of hook while fishing

FORT WORTH – It was reported by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that a fisherman reeled in a semi-automatic rifle while fishing on Lake Arlington on Saturday.

The fisherman told police that he had been fishing with family members about 13 miles west of Fort Worth on Arlington lake when he hooked a Galil ACE rifle.





The man called the police who took possession of the gun. The reason for the weapon being in the lake is currently unknown.
