Kerrville’s animal shelter is full, public is urged to go adopt immediately to prevent euthanization

The Kerr County Animal Services is urgently reaching out to the community to come and adopt their next pet at the shelter.

The shelter is full to capacity and due to the overpopulation, Kerr County is being forced to euthanize the dogs and cats that aren’t finding homes.

Many of these pets were once owned by someone but have since been tossed aside and ended up in the shelter.

Please consider adopting a pet from Kerr County Animal Services.

Kerr County Animal Services is located at the corner of Loop 534 and Landfill Road in Kerrville and their phone number is 830-257-3100. Those interested in adopting can also visit their Facebook page to see a few of the pets they have available.

The pictures below are just two of the dozens of animals available for adoption.
