Kerrville’s adult summer soccer league seeks players

The Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting registrations for the Adult Soccer League which will begin June 11, 2018. The entry fee is $375 and is due by May 30.

Games will be played at the Sports Complex located at 117 Sweeper Lane in Kerrville.

A minimum of six teams is needed to begin the league. The season runs from June 11- August 2. Players will play two games a week for twelve guaranteed games. The league plays 8v8 games with the top 6 teams advancing to the playoffs at the end of the season.

The league is accepting players 18 years and older but with a parent waiver, 16 and 17-year-olds can play. Rosters will be capped at 13 players. The league is co-ed but there are no regulations on gender spread.

The league is also accepting referees. No license is required but it is preferred.

Soccer packets with rules and waivers are available for pick up at the Parks and Recreation Department located at Kerrville-Schreiner Park, 2385 Bandera Hwy or online at www.kerrvilletx.gov.
