Parolee busted for methamphetamine delivery in Kerr County

KERR COUNTY — A narcotics investigation led to a drug bust on a Texas parolee Tuesday in Kerr County.



Jason Newcombe, 34, was charged with three crimes after the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office says they caught him with approximately 6 grams of methamphetamine.





Newcombe was charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, over 1 gram less than 4 grams; Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, over 4 grams less than 200 grams; and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

A Parole Warrant hold was also issued for Newcombe from a previous Assault Causes Bodily Injury Date/Family/House Enhanced charge.

Sheriff Hierholzer reminded all drug dealers Friday that, “We are still coming.”
