Kerr County man arrested for possession of meth and municipal warrant

KERR COUNTY — A narcotics investigation led to the arrest of a man on a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge and an outstanding municipal Kerrville warrant Wednesday.

Joseph Donald Graham, 34, was booked into the Kerr County Jail after the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office said they seized a pipe, a used syringe and less than 1 gram of Methamphetamine at 220 Way Drive in Ingram.

Graham is also on parole and a parole warrant has also been placed, according to KCSO.

He has a $7,500 bond for the Possession charge, a $500 bond for a Kerrville – No Drivers License warrant, and no bond for the parole violation according to Kerr County Jail Records.

Graham was sentenced to 5 years in the penitentiary in 2017 for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, according to Kerr County Court Records.
