Harris County Precinct 4 Constables arrest one burglary suspect, one still at large

HARRIS COUNTY – On Thursday, Saturday 5th, deputies with the Harris County Constable Precinct # 4 responded to a call in the 13900 block of Fleur De Lis Boulevard for a Burglary of a Habitation.

According to officials, when deputies arrived on scene the investigation led them surveillance footage that depicted two male suspects allegedly broke into the residence and stole several items before leaving the home.

The following day, on Friday, September 6th, deputies spotted one of the suspects in the 14200 block of Cheval Drive.

The suspect was apprehended and later identified as Ray Wallace.

After in police custody, Wallace allegedly admitted to committing the burglary at Fleur De Lis Blvd. on September 5th.

Officials state that some of the property from the burglary was apparently located at Wallace’s home and returned to the homeowner.

According to investigators, Constable Deputies later identified the second suspect apparently as Joshua Kitler.

Ray Wallace was arrested and retained into the Harris County Jail.

Wallace is allegedly charged with Burglary of a Habitation and set at a $30,000.00 bond out of the 184th District Court.

“Joshua Kitler is currently wanted by law enforcement for Burglary of a Habitation. He received No Bond out of the 338th District Court. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement.” – Constable Mark Herman
