LUBBOCK – On Wednesday, September 4th, FBI Agents raided a home in Lubbock connected with the mass shooting in Odessa over the Labor Day weekend.
Federal agents surrounded the house of the man suspected of illegally manufacturing and selling the AR-Style weapon used in the shooting.
The identity of the suspect has not been released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
The deceased mass shooting suspect, Seth Ator, killed seven people and injured 22 others in the attack on Saturday, August 31st.
According to investigators, Ator apparently attempted to purchase a gun legally in 2014 but was denied due to a failed background check.
