The incident happened on Sunday, September 22nd at 11:10 pm, when two teens and a twenty-year-old were driving in a white Audi, northbound on George Dieter.

Police say the three came to a stop at the intersection of Pebble Hills due to a traffic signal when the driver of a truck in the turning lane began to exchange words with the driver of the Audi.

“The driver of the truck pulled out a handgun and the teen driver entered the intersection to flee from the man,” stated an El Paso media release. “As the three drove away, the suspect fired the handgun multiple times at the car.”

The shooter was described as a Hispanic male, average height, with short hair and a full beard. He was wearing a gray baseball cap and a yellow t-shirt.

The suspect’s vehicle was a newer model truck or S.U.V. that appears to be “lifted”. The suspect fled westbound on Pebble Hills.
