KERRVILLE, Texas — A driver who was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated in July has been cleared of his misdemeanor charge.

24-year-old Justin Legg was arrested after he crashed into an electric pole located at the intersection of Lois Street and Commerce.

Justin’s attorney, Marc Tittlebaum, told Texas Breaking News police had located a can of Febreze under the passenger seat of his car and accused him of driving under the influence of inhalants.

“There was no brown bag found, which as I understand is necessary to huff something like that,” said Tittlebaum.

A sample of Justin’s blood came back clean, according to Tittlebaum, proving Justin had not huffed any substances before getting behind the wheel that day.

Justin received an Order of Releasing Bond and Discharging Suspect sometime last week, clearing him of the DWI charge.
