Driver refused to pull over for traffic stop, police allegedly find drugs and guns in the vehicle

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Two suspects were arrested after they refused to pull over for police during a traffic stop.

Sources with Constable Mark Herman’s Office say deputies with the Constable’s Special Operations Unit attempted to initiate the traffic stop at Northcrest Drive and Kuykendahl Road on Tuesday, November 26.







The driver, identified as Angel Hernandez (left), allegedly refused to stop and led police on a brief pursuit.

The suspect vehicle wrecked near Klein Oak High School and Hernandez, along with his passenger, were apprehended with the assistance of a Constable K-9 Unit.

Constable Deputies allegedly located an AK47 rifle, a handgun, marijuana and 1 ounce of Methamphetamine inside the vehicle.







Hernandez and his passenger, Danielle Dargham (right), were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Hernandez was Charged with Evading and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver; his bond was reportedly set at $70,000.







Dargham was Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver and her bond was set at $50,000.
