UPDATE — The 6-year-old boy, Phillip Oliver Wiederman, and his mother, Candace Harbin were found deceased in a parking garage in Waxahachie Friday evening after an AMBER alert was issued statewide.
Hardin did not have custody of Phillip, and there had been a kidnapping warrant issued for her arrest.
The vehicle was found at approximately 6:35 pm downtown in a parking garage.
Police found two unresponsive individuals in the vehicle, who were identified as Phillip Oliver Wiederman and the suspect, Candace Hardin.
Nothing has been released pertaining to the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing, according to Waxahachie Police.

WAXAHACHIE — An Amber Alert has been issued for 6-year-old Phillip Wiedeman by the Texas Department of Public Safety. He also goes by “Ollie” or “Oliver.”
He is wearing a blue polo shirt, tan shorts, and tan shoes, and was last seen at 7:30 am on August 23rd, 2019 at 420 West Franklin Street in Waxahachie.
The suspect listed is 46-year-old Candace Harbin. She’s listed as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes, weighing 165 pounds and standing 5’6″ tall.
The vehicle is a white 2012 Nissan Quest, with a Texas license plate number of FLW 5767.
Anyone with information or who spots Candace or Phillip is asked to call the Waxahachie Police Department immediately at 469-309-4410.
