BEXAR COUNTY San Antonio Police have arrested a man after he allegedly went bar hopping with his friend only to rob him at gunpoint hours later.

Michael Adame was arrested Tuesday morning after the man he robbed gave police his information, including a photo of his Facebook profile.

Jesse Palacios told investigators at the SAPD Robbery Task Force Office that he and Adame were acquaintances who decided to meet at a local bar August 5 of this year.

Jesse said he and Adame went to several bars that night before going to Adame’s friend’s apartment.

According to he arrest affidavit, Jesse was highly intoxicated and didn’t know the location of the apartment he had been taken to.

Sources say Jesse was sitting on a couch when Adame came up from behind and put him in a choke hold.

He allegedly stole the money in Jesse’s pant pocket and his jewelry while Adame’s friend, later identified as Anthony Campbell, stood nearby and made sure Jesse cooperated.

Adame and Campbell reportedly put Jesse in Adame’s vehicle and drove him to a location away from the apartment, continuously punching him while he was in the rear seat.

The affidavit states Campbell had demanded Jesse hand over his wallet and his phone while holding him at gunpoint.

Jesse complied, fearing the two would kill him if he did not.

Adame and Campbell then left Jesse at the intersection of Clower St and West Ave.

There Jesse reportedly called police from a stranger’s phone at approximately 1:47 a.m. and told them he had been robbed.

Jesse was able to give police Adame’s full name along with a photo of his Facebook profile.

Investigators were also able to find Campbell’s Facebook profile through Adame’s account.

Photos of the suspects were obtained and placed in a photo line-up that investigators presented to Jesse.

He positively identified Adame and Campbell as the men who robbed him.

Adame has been booked into the Bexar County Jail and Charged with Aggravated Assault.

His bond has been set at $75,000.

We do not currently have any information on Campbell or his whereabouts.

CONVERSE, Texas — A convicted sex offender is behind bars after being accused of video recording a family member in the bathroom of the residence that they shared.

Jon Eric, Gilliland, 54, a registered sex offender, is facing two charges being Invasive Video Recording and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender Annually.

The victim reported to police that she heard a beeping sound in the restroom of their residence while she was talking to her friend on the phone. They had both heard the noise. She followed the noise and found a portable small remote camera hidden in a shelf in the restroom.

According to an affidavit, the victim said the camera was set up to view the entire bathroom, including the shower, sink, and toilet.

The victim then removed the SD card from the camera and put it back on the shelf and moved out of the residence without confronting the Defendant.

Upon viewing the contents on the SD card, she found videos of herself both partially and completely naked coming from the shower, using the bathroom and changing her clothes.

She also told police that the Defendant had named the video segments of her on the SD card names inappropriate names depending on what the defendant captured while filming.

When the victim told another family member about the contents of the SD card, they reported the Invasive Video Recording to police, who then arrested and charged Gilliland subsequently.

Gilliland also had his address listed as Haven for Hope in San Antonio and failed to provide his address in Converse to police, so he was also charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender Annually.

BEXAR COUNTY Police have arrested a 17-year-old on Charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault after he snuck into the bedroom of a 12-year-old girl and impregnated her, according to an affidavit.

Suspect Alfonso Macias Sosa allegedly snuck into the victim’s bedroom through a second story window and had sexual intercourse with the 12-year-old on July 21 of this year.

The alleged assault occurred about a week after the two met at a pool party that summer.

The victim’s grandmother, her legal guardian, told investigators she was unaware of the defendant until she discovered him sleeping in the victim’s bedroom closet on August 19.

Sosa reportedly fled the apartment through the second story bedroom window.

Police say the victim then ran away from the apartment and followed Sosa, never returning home and prompting her grandmother to make a runaway report with SAPD.

Three days later the victim was taken to the hospital after her grandmother located her at Sosa’s residence.

The victim had reportedly complained to her school nurse about stomach pains and ran away after her grandmother attempted to schedule a medical checkup for her.

Once at the hospital the victim found out she was eight weeks pregnant.

The 12-year-old revealed to her grandmother and the hospital staff that she had been sexually active with Sosa earlier that summer.

During forensic interviews held on September 12, the victim told investigators she had been sexually active with Sosa and that he was the father of her child.

According to the arrest affidavit, the victim described the sexual intercourse in detail to the investigators.

The victim then told investigators after her grandmother discovered him in her bedroom closet that she left with him and stayed at his residence for a while.

According to the victim, Sosa had been attempting to help support her by finding a job.

Sources say that during forensic interviews the grandmother told police a family member had discovered Sosa sleeping in the victim’s bedroom closet a second time.

Sosa was arrested Monday morning and booked into the Bexar County Jail.

He is being Charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault – Child.
