BANDERA – A man who was arrested by the Bandera Marshal deputies in Bandera on May 8 is facing multiple charges.
According to the Bandera Marshal’s Office, Deputy Smith and Deputy Allen were called to a local business where they arrested Kyle Tompkins, a felon.
Tompkins has been charged with Felony Theft Warrant and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4G to 200G, Possession of Marijuana 4oz to 5lbs, Forgery of Financial Instrument, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, said the Bandera Marshal’s Office.
“All new Felony charges,” added officials. “Good job to Deputy Allen and Deputy Smith for getting these drugs, counterfeit money, and a gun off the street and out of the hand of a convicted felon.”
