SAN ANTONIO – A woman’s birthday cake turned out a little different than expected when a baker mistook a “Moana” cake for a “marijuana” cake, according to a viral Facebook post by Kensli Taylor Davis.
Davis shared a picture of the cake along with a few details saying, “I haven’t had a chance to tell y’all about our experience this weekend with my birthday cake. So my mama called and ordered me a cake telling them how much I loved Moana. (Because really I do) Well needless to say these people thought she said marijuana 😂😂😂 That ice cream cake was still good though 🤷🏻♀️”
Davis told Georgia news station WMAZ, “I guess when they said that I love cartoons, they were just like ‘Let’s throw a pony on there.’ It had red eyes. It was smoking a joint with a tramp stamp of a pot leaf on it’s bottom.”
Although this incident took place in Georgia, the Facebook post is going viral nationwide. The post including the image shared by Kensli Taylor Davis can be seen below.
“I was very impressed by the artistic capabilities of them to be able to do the design that they did,” Davis told WMAZ.
